Ernest Muhammad, General Contractor

Ernest Muhammad, Owner / General Contractor of Lavelle Entity, LLC, and serves as CEO. With an extensive background in Electrical Engineering, government certifications and federal regulations, he successfully leads the company in an expanding, demanding industry. He will provide a complete and informative review of the scope of work prior to the commencement of work to ensure that the company is meeting and satisfying all governmental compliance, reporting, and safety protocols are met. He will appropriately train all subcontractors to follow the correct guidelines. He ensures that the proper management of resources and distribution of goods and services to customers is conducted. He stresses the importance of the company’s Safety Protocols and ensures that workers are in compliance with them.

Antonio Tims, Project Manager

Antonio Tims PMP, Project Manager, oversees the coordination of projects on time within budget and within scope for all project aspects that enable organizations to employ strategic objectives while mitigating macro-economic threats. Specializes with construction sites including, but not limited to inventory control, work process, production on time and under budget. He specializes in residential home building and renovations. He will manage vertical and horizontal projects; including but not limited to: renovations, build-outs, drainage, sewer, and demolition.

He has over 20 years of experience in the construction and project management. Utilizes a multitude of project management tools and techniques to control and monitor all intrinsic project constraints using quality assurance, risk management, bottom-up estimating, earned value management, cost base analysis, and procurement through contracting. An Army Captain, that has served than 21 years of construction engineering, and commanding combat construction units on three deployments the past 15 years in austere environments.

Karlis Jackson, Real Estate Professional and Co-Contractor

Mr. Jackson is a high-touch Real Estate professional known for his extensive market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to clients. As a Louisiana native, reared in Ouachita Parish, He has a effective combination of Southern charm and Northern tenacity. As a seasoned real estate professional, He recognize and value the trust his clients place in him and He strive every day to exceed their expectations. Karlis's success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. He earns the respect of his clients by a commitment to working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice with a calm demeanor and a smile. Mr. Jackson can and will manage the sites including but not limited to: inventory control, work process, and production on time and under budget. Marva Muhammad, Administrative Liaison, handles day-to-day accounting, bid preparatory documents, and operational forms. She has become versed in the industry responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective. She is thorough and has a reputation for being detail-oriented and is certified in the city of Monroe as a real estate developer.

Sonya Muhammad, Senior Consultant/Analyst

Sonya Muhammad, Senior Consultant Analyst, provide opinions, analysis, and recommendations to organizations and individuals, based on research and expertise.
